QUADRAT DTP is proud to host this Active Bystander session delivered by the Active Bystander Company. This training is delivered through the NERC DTP Flexible Funding Award.
This hour long training session will explore the following topics:
– demonstration of bystander apathy – references to high profile examples of inappropriate/unacceptable behaviours – decision-making techniques which will help you overcome fear or self-doubt when facing challenging situations – assertiveness techniques which will give you the confidence and tools to speak out
