NASA’s quest on Mars has always been to ‘follow the water’ – the Department of Planetary Sciences at the University of Aberdeen are on course to play a role in that mission.
Led by Professor Javier Martín-Torres, the team have developed HABIT – a tool to test the ‘water cycle’ on Mars.

The HABIT tool will help inform scientists about how water could be produced on the Red Planet.
