QUADRAT DTP is proud to host this Active Bystander session delivered by the Active Bystander Training Company.
This hour long training session will explore the following topics:
– demonstration of bystander apathy – references to high profile examples of inappropriate/unacceptable behaviours – decision-making techniques which will help you overcome fear or self-doubt when facing challenging situations – assertiveness techniques which will give you the confidence and tools to speak out
